Entretien
I filled out a candidate profile on the main website and then submitted an application for the facility that I was interested in working. Within 24 hours I received a call from a recruiter telling me that I did not meet the requirements for the position I applied for but that there were 2 other facilities that had open positions that I was qualified to have. The recruiter set up an interview at another facility for later that week and after that first interview they immediately scheduled me for a second interview scheduled for the following week. At the end of the second interview they offered a position and I accepted.

They asked a lot of the usual interview questions such as what are your weaknesses, why do you want to work here etc.
The interview process was very simple and direct. Expectations and roles are clearly described. The interviewer allowed time for questions and assisted with answers that they were not completely sure on.

Entretien
There was basically no interview. Walked in as a new grad with 0 experience and was immediately offered a position. They are obviously understaffed with agency nurses on every unit. Not safe to work here.
Everyone was friendly and professional. I received a tour of the facility and a printed version of the job description. The staff were relaxed and informative. Quick to respond to questions via email and phone.
