Relaxed interview, very short initial phone interview. Was invited to in person, not much information given about specifics of the job. Email correspondence: twice no follow up emails sent when told they would be. Declining offer due to non-negotiable pay, alarming rate of new hires and young people working here, and alarming vacation rule that states you cannot take off 5 days in a row due to it "causing chaos." Red flags all around.
