the process was pretty simple.
phone screen and walk-in interview and waiting.
but getting feedback from them took two months... I mean I know I was qualified but I was expensive for them so... I sort of knew that I wouldn't get an offer since my price was a lot higher than what they budgeted.

I was interviewed by IT Director only and questions were pretty simple and easy. asked me what have I done with such and such technologies and explained how this position can grow a lot (most of the time)
