Horrible communication with hiring manager. I am giving her the benefit of the doubt that maybe she’s spread too thin with responsibility. I felt like this was a total waste of my time. I should have checked out these reviews before wasting my time applying for the position.

Brief phone screen, then interview round 1 with three staff members. For the final round interview I had to prepare an assignment and present it to the interviewers, then conduct an interview.

A very normal process with 1 phone screen and one in person interview. Both interviews involved different staff members. They updated me throughout the process and let me know when things were not going as fast as expected.
