Big turnoff, the interviewer was not prepared, and sounded bored. He was a recent hire, not a good first impression. Interviewed by programmer who would be a peer. He was not prepared, had not previewed my resume. Had a list of questions, possibly gathered from Internet, nothing to do with the job.

I applied online and first time I was contacted with HR at March. Then two weeks passed before first phone screen with HR happened. Next step was passing psychological test. I got a link to it only after another two weeks of waiting. After passing of a test HR just disappeared.
After another 7 month suddenly I got a call from another HR without any warning of it and worst of all it happened during work hours when I was at work. It was very uncomfortable for me. HR was very rude and spoke very unclear and fast. I barely understand what he is saying. I asked to speak slowly after that he just hang up phone call.
I can say that GMC has worsest hiring team ever. Great job.

Entretien
First there was a phone screen and after that in person interview. They didn't ask any relevant questions to the job. I applied for Android Multimedia Developer and I got call for Senior Android developer. I don't know how this changed.
