1. Online Psychometric Test
2. Group Discussion
3. Technical Interview
The online test is usually done a couple of days in advance and the GD and TI is carried out in a single day. The panel had visited college campus for recruitment.

2nd round was job oriented - which part of JD is more appealing? what role would you like to play in GM?

The first round was aptitude test with wide variety of questions including general knowledge. Second round was a group activity where we were given a lego exercise to complete. Last round was personal interview where technical and behavioural questions were asked.
