Rigorous and intensive and ended up ghosting me after investing into 3 rounds, 1 of which was panel after an intensive case study. Had to follow up atleast 3 times to get a rejection email which was generic and then another time to get the reason why. All male panel which was another indication they don't subscribe to diversity and it's the mens club only.
