Asked about locations preferences and reasons for wanting to work for General Mills. Asked situational questions and said to incorporate resume experience into responses. No discussion of resume outside of these questions.

Behavioral phone interview, very generic. Was not invited to continue further in the process. The questions asked, in my opinion, were to get numbers down as opposed to further understand the skills of the candidate.
