The interview process went well. I did a lot of reading on Glassdoor before my interviews. I had an initial phone interview that lasted about half an hour. The interviewer was incredibly personable and made me feel comfortable. I had read great things about the recruitment team, and they were all true. They are incredibly communicative and do not waste time moving the process along. I flew out to Minnesota about 2.5 weeks later. I went to dinner with a current employee. The following day we took a tour of the building, then went to lunch with an employee at HQ before interviews. I did three back to back 45-minute interviews. The interviewers were nice, some asked more follow up questions than others, they all left time for questions at the end. The company is really good about making accommodations and doing reimbursements. I had a really positive experience. I really enjoyed the meals with employees because it gave me the chance to get a more personable insider perspective.

I applied via campus recruiting. First round phone interview with an alum from my university, then an on-site Super Day with 3 interviews, lunch with an associate, and a dinner the night before with a young alum from my university. Great culture and everyone was open to answering any questions.
