Video conference with HR and hiring manager. Both of which had poor body language and clearly unprepared. I had the feeling they were ticking a box and passing time. Dressed as if they were off to do something casual. Was promised feedback within 10 days. Sent numerous emails to them to ask for an update. At least out of courtesy. 11 months later and nothing. There is no appreciation as to how much preparation and time candidates put in to a interview. Avoid in order not to waste time. Plenty of good companies out there.
