Easy. just walk in take a typing test, read a script in a nice voice and a face to face interview with a manager about behavioral scenarios. They tell you right then an there if you are hired. After they call you to accept with your schedule for training and after and then send the email so you can do it on paper

The interview process was fair, normal STAR method questions and tell me about yourself and why we are a good fit for you questions. Only one phone screening and one person interview

Takes about a month give or take. Apply online and upload resume. Human Resources makes contact in a week or two usually by email. You check in with security and HR escorts you to a room to take simulation test calls. A background packet is mailed to you for personal references and questions about security potential. Another interview is scheduled for one on one interview. If accepted an FBI agent interview is conducted to discuss any issues in background check and if you could be compromised. I found everyone very pleasant and friendly.
