It was short. The interviewer was friendly. 2 rounds. First round was behavioral and second round was technical questions. Technical interview took about 1 hour.… lll lll lll lll lll llll llll

The interview was straightforward; they inquired about the CIA Triad. Asked me if I knew the difference between the functions of a NOC vs a SOC, since they both have on-premises support for the FAA. I was turned down for the role because I held a medical marijuana card, which expired last year, and I was no longer using it. They said it would complicate the background check; therefore, they could no longer offer me a job. In my opinion, that question should've been part of a pre-screening process to avoid wasting both parties' time, but then again, what do I know?
