J'ai passé un entretien chez General Dynamics Information Technology
Entretien
The most confusing initial phone screen I've ever had. The screener asked the first question then immediately started talking over me. The next question I answered and received a long silence as a response. The same question was asked again, I answered and was told that wasn't the answer the screener was looking for. This lead to "what I am looking for is..." which was entirely different from the initial question.
After 20 minutes or so of the most aggravating phone screen I've ever had, to the point where I nearly hung up in the middle of it, I was told the salary range I listed for the position was too high. It was not. If anything it was too low for the job responsibilities and my location.
It felt like the process was just to interview someone/anyone as an HR requirement but they already had someone else they were going to hire.

Group format, each person asked a series of questions based on the position. Majority of questions were more scenario rather than specific question and answer. The interview was very comfortable, if a question answered incorrectly they would guide to the correct answer or move on.
