Took less than half hour. Questions asked were typical for the position. At the time they were new to General Dynamics. I proceeded to tell them about costs accounts, Lean Manufacturing, and multiple other GD acronyms that were soon to be learned.

Went thru an intensive screening process and several interviews before they made their final decision. There were several screening processes. Personality screening, Background check. I spoke with multiple people asking varied questions before the final group interview. Overall they were very thorough and the process was a difficult one.
