It was an easy interview with minimal technical questions. The interviewer was understanding of my background and experience. The review process was entirely over the phone due to the pandemic, and multiple groups within the company were involved.

Need to apply right when the job openings are posted. I did it for an internship. The only downfall is they ask for an answer on accepting a full time job before your second semester of college.

The interview was conducted via zoom call. After asking common introductory questions the inteviewer opened the entire interview as a discussion . They detailed the different aspects of their lab and asked that I ask questions about what sounds interesting.
