It was a phone call interview with the heads of all the engineering departments that were interested in my resume. They each took turns asking me questions that they prepared, and wanted in detail what I know about the specific disciplines.

Met with group of engineers from various disciplines. They took turns asking questions about my resume, as well as questions about experience in certain fields of engineering. It turned out that they lied about something critical in the job posting, which was only discovered part-way through the interview. They tried to brush it off and continue the interview. I declined continuing further in the process after that.
