It's amazing because someone I know who had a fake resume was hired for a similar position, yet I had years of experience and a degree unlike this other person with a fake job and reference and no degree, yet they hired him for a software engineer role. Says something about their quality level there.

I was seated with 5 professionals who asked about various aspects of the job description. The process was very conversational, rather than a typical interview. Afterwards, they mentioned that they would pass my resume along to a department that would more suitably fit my skills as an IT professional.
