Had my first phone interview 2-3 weeks after applying to the position. Basic phone screen about my resume and coursework. Interview went well and was moved on to the next step in the process, which was a Skype interview with a group of engineers. Discussed my project experience and career interests. Later that week got called to fly down to interview in person. Went to their facility where I interviewed with the same group, but in person. Seemed like they had already chosen another candidate by the time they interviewed me, so the process was rather short.
