Got unsolicited contact from a recruiter, including an initial call, that recruiter then referred me to another recruiter who eventually scheduled an interview for the hiring manager. I show up for the interview and the hiring manager was 15 minutes late, and it turns out the interview is not for the role I was told by the recruiter I was being interviewed for. It wasn't a good fit and I didn't have the skills they were looking for, but even if I did, I would have said no. They seem like a mess and I want no part in that.
