Had team leaders very motivated to conduct interview for one of two open job recs just to find out through HR that the company is on a hiring freeze. Due to upper management issues no offer or other communication was provided even though team and HR were motivated to fill the "open" position.

Multiple Phone calls and in person meetings. Meeting with direct and senior leadership and repeating a lot of similar answers. Was a fairly quick process considering all the people I had to talk to. Not bad at all.
