Interview #1) interview with recruiter about role, salary expectations, etc
Interview #2) interview with project director and discuss the specific role (no technical questions)
Interview #3) technical interview with 5-6 Sr engineers on the project, grilling you on knowledge of OSPF, BGP, Switching, specifics of how ARP works, specifics of how max address tables work
Interview #4) on-site technical interview. You have 3 separate laptops connected to a router, a l2 switch, and an l3 switch. You are expected to find the “fault” for 6 rounds as the program director hurries you out of the room while he breaks the configuration (deleting a vlan, placing an interface in the wrong vlan, adding a secondary ip address on a laptop). I got 5/6 correct and received an offer which I declined.
