It was very relaxed and easy. Gave a basic tour of facility then asked basic personallity questions. Where do you see yourself in 10 years and all the HR basic quesitions. Overall not challeneging.

Professional experience questions are related to earned value management. However, PMP is not necessarily a hard requirement. EVMS the system that is used, but not to the standards of full PMP.

30 minute virtual interview followed by a 2 hour panel interview. technical and behavioral questions. there were a lot of them and it went extremely fast. currently preparing for the 2 hour panel interview.
Easier than I expected. Flew me out and was very quick. Several interview layers though. Only one person interviewed me and then a tour was offered of the flight line.
