Inital HR phone interview. Received a phone call with a formal invite for on site interview. Before the interview I had to submit 5 professional references to answer an online survey. The interview consisted of a 30 min HR interview, a 30 min with Senior Engineer, 30 min with a panel of 4 Managers and a final 30 minute interview with the Project Manager. The Interview consisted of a lot of questioning but mostly your typical HR related questions such as - Goals in 1, 5 years, Preferred Work environment, Discuss a difficult time in job and how you dealt with it, What you can bring to the company, favorite hobby, What you like about the position/company, just to name a few. I was told I would hear feedback within 1-2 weeks. After 3 weeks I contacted them to get an update that they were still in the interviewing process and I would be informed one way or another. 2 months later the position was removed from the site and I didn't hear from them.

They flew me out to San Diego for the interview, which was nice (graduating college soon). Interview was with my potential supervisor and 4 senior engineers. They were friendly but grilled me with questions. Some of them would hammer down when they could tell I was struggling with something. They gave me a tour of the offices which was cool.

Received a screen call from one of the lead engineers in the group and answered very basic questions. I was brought in about 2 weeks after the initial screen. I was first interviewed by an HR recruiter who asked very basic questions about my career goals. From there, we went to an interview room where I was administered a written exam and given 45 minutes to complete it. Questions involved identification of basic discrete components, op-amp formulas, digital components, and power systems concepts. Some questions were very easy, some were difficult. After that, i was interviewed (non-technical) by a lead engineer from the TE group for about 15 minutes. Waited an hour, then was interviewed by a manager from the field engineering group. He opened up some schematics for a flight board and pointed out various circuit components (mostly op-amp based) and asked me to identify them. This lasted about 15 minutes. Waited another hour, and my final interview (non-technical) came from the manager of the group. The entire interview process lasted from 8am to 1pm. They gave a tour of the facilities following the interview. Received an offer 2-3 weeks later, and accepted.
