2 phone screens (hiring manager + HR), in-person interviews with 8 people and a phone interview with 1 more person. Long day, be mentally prepared and even if you have no more questions, recycle them for person number 9.
They give a lot of complex information on their structure and expect questions about the organization and how you fit in alnd what will be difficult for you in the position.

Very professional and friendly, the panel was very professional and focused on the questions at hand, they arrived on time and had a formatted guide of questions , they took notes

Walk us through an emotionally charged situation that you and at least one critical stakeholder were involved in and that needed to be resolved to ensure business continuity.
What led to that situation? What was causing your counterpart's
emotions? What did you do to resolve it?
3 interviews, strung along for 6 weeks, no response. They kept calling me back for more interviews and did not end up giving me an offer and when I reached out for a status update I received no reply. Some transparency would have been nice.

Asked about experience and how it can contribute to the success of the company. They also asked me how my experience in school relates to on the job performance. Screened by recruiter first before meeting with the hiring team.
