Interview was part of university recruitment. Position is originally asking for a postdoc. We were asked to give a presentation for 20 min and then there were Q&A session. I was suggested to do a postdoc before an industrial job

asked what I did in my graduate school and a technical question regarding drug molecule they had developed there were no other questions asked, in example behavioral or anything else of this sort
