J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Genea
Entretien
The interview process was completely disorganized. They conducted two technical rounds, each consisting of at least one coding problem and one SQL problem. After that, they shared an assessment requiring me to build a user management system from scratch. Then, there was another technical round, which again included at least one coding and one SQL question.
Throughout the process, they kept boasting about their so-called "best-in-class" culture in every round. Finally, there was an HR round to discuss the salary, which turned out to be the true reflection of their company culture. The HR team consisted of two arrogant individuals who spent the first 35 minutes endlessly praising the company’s benefits and culture. When they finally got to the offer, it was abysmal—nowhere close to the expectations I had clearly communicated during the initial screening, despite my strong performance in all interview rounds.
Additionally, they claim that their offers are not based on a candidate’s current or previous salary, yet they insisted on capping the fixed salary increase at just 10% while introducing two different types of bonuses.
We are sorry to hear about your less than ideal interview experience with Genea. We will follow up with our teams internally to discuss and identify opportunities to improve the recruiting experience.
