You can tell about the work environment just by reviewing there interview process. This is my second time applying here and this will certainly be my last. They gave an open ended loan modeling case study. And are given 1 week to do so. I gave it my full 100%. I compared my code with what people had submitted on github. And honestly I covered every possible aspect and case for this assessment. I went out of my way in creating features and providing a proper workflow. In the end recieved a rejection without any feedback as to what was missing. Like what previous post mention this place is hiring even though there are no opens. I HIGHLY DISCOURAGE TO APPLY HERE.
