Everything went very smoothly. HR and manager are very nice. More like a communication session instead of a interview. HR tries to explain almost all the benefits during the interview. 2nd interview is needed with the department manager, she is very nice too, due to confidential issue she could only bring me to the window panel and show me how the production area look like.
