Entretien
Overall a great experience. I applied for the new graduate nurse position. First interview was with HR. They asked pretty standard interview questions which took about 30 minutes. I was then set up with 3 different interviews for different units. They mainly explained the how their unit worked and what the job would be like then asked standard interview questions. The interviews felt more like a conversation and everyone was very nice. The process took about 2 weeks to complete all the interviews and to get an offer.

They asked about my background, why I wanted to work for Geisinger, any interest in career advancement or tuition reimbursement. They asked how I could be a good fit for the position and how I would contribute.

Laid back, extremely nice staff. Seems like a great floor to work at. I didn't get a lot of questions. Unit was clean. Hiring manager and a charge nurse interviewed me. They were the ones who talked mostly. I had to shadow for more than an hour.

I was both called and emailed through geisingers HR department and coordinated a day for an in person interview. The process was smooth and straight forward. Great directions and communication.
