GD followed by an interview. Interview was easy basic questions were asked. They look for someone who can get their sleeves folded and get the work done by ground operations team Questions were related to Logistics and supply chain domain

The selection process consisted of three rounds: 1. Group Discussion - Groups of 6-7 were made each. Topics were mostly related to current affairs and debate-able subjects. 2. Case Study Presentation - Cases were mostly very simple and straight-forward. We were given 30 mins each to study the case (3-4 pages) and make a verbal/handwritten presentation on the same in a stipulated time (5 mins). There were 2 question at the end of each case which had to be answered too in the same time. (NOTE: The interviewer was very particular about the time allotted. Make sure you don't exceed the time limit. None of them who exceeded the time limit made it to the third round.) 3. Personal Interview - My interview lasted for some 20-25 mins. I was asked (in details) about the hub and spoke model and how it should be applied in any distribution model. This was the only technical question I was asked but the interviewer went on grilling down to details. Next I was asked a few situational questions (the interviewer mainly wanted to judge my skills of handling different situations) and location constraints (they can locate you anywhere in India).
