Candidates will be interviewed by a panel. This is for all GTC candidates. Candidates are asked a series of behavioral questions. Candidates may want to answer them using the STAR method. The full process from submitting an application to starting the position can take months.

All interview questions are behavioral questions and vary based on the job description. Candidates can estimate what questions will be asked during the interview by looking at the requirements of the duties. For example, "Tell me about a time when you..." "Give me an example when you..." Candidates should also learn about Gateway's mission and values.
