Spoke with main supervisor to set up interview. Was asked during interview what my goals, experience and such were. Was granted a second interview with the whole team of IOP counselors with their interns. Each person took time asking about goals, exp, why I wanted to be there and such. There were about 12 people interviewing me.

Super relaxed and asked about strengths and weaknesses. Talked about the duties of the intern. Described the ability to learn and grow at the company. Talked about hiring in house.
