J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Gates Foundation (Seattle, WA) en juil. 2015
Entretien
The process started with a phone conversation with HR, and was followed up with a few phone conversation with people from the team, then meetings on the Seattle campus. Each step of the way, I met incredibly smart and kind people who were all very happy to talk with me about the position.
While the interviews were not challenging the process was three months long and ended in a no. Considering the length and time it took to get to this no...that is what is challenging. My biggest piece of advice would be: don't put your eggs all in this basket, regardless of how many interviews you have or how nice the people are. Keep looking and applying other places.

Applied online, but pinged a former colleague who is a senior professional there that I applied. Had a phone call with HR, then a phone call with the hiring manager. They flew me out to Seattle for a series of 1 on 1 meetings with the whole team, that lasted an entire day. They were very accommodating, friendly, and nice. The hiring manager was unfortunately unimpressive and definitely less experienced than me, so it was a little awkward. The HR team was very responsive, professional and supportive though.

Question 1
Pressed me on one behavioral analysis question I had been already asked on the phone, which was like, "How would you deal with angry people?" That was kind of strange.
First spoke with recruiter, then hiring manager. Hiring on hold while reorg communications department. Know that hiring can take time at the foundation. Really varies on the department, people hiring, etc. Everyone was always very friendly about me touching base.
