The interviewer was very friendly and professional, and she made me feel very comfortableduring the interview process! You do need to come prepared for questions like "why are you interested in this job?", "what is your school/laboratory experience?", and/or "what brings here seeking opportunities at Gates?", etc. All in all, my advice would be to relax, be yourself, and make sure you come prepared, e.g. knowing what's in your resume, being confident with your experience, etc.
