I went through two rounds of the interview process - I spoke to some Associates and then a Senior Associate and the COO. Everyone was super nice. They asked me about my prior work experience and some recent news stories I had read.

I applied through an email. Then went through three rounds of interviews over the course of two months. Each interview was with two employees. I was ghosted after my third-round interview.
