short and breif mostly discussed my field welding experience and listened to them repeatedly ask if I would leave at the next road job they come along.Gary liked all the experience I had in the field we discussed starting a road crew there which never come to fruition. Then when we discussed what I would need as far as compensation and the equipment he was going to need it was never discussed again.
