Interviewing w/ Garver was a simple 3 stage process. First, there was an initial virtual interview with just the recruiter. Then, I had a virtual interview with the recruiter + the hiring manager. And finally, I met face-to-face with the hiring manager + Team Leaders I'd be interfacing with on a daily basis.
