1st interview with the recruiter which is much more of a 2-way interview. The 2nd round is a competency based interview and they really want to know your motivation for why Gartner & Sales and really understand your motivation. They round of the interview with a cold call .

The process is extremely thorough. Josephine was incredible at guiding me through to the final stage.
Each team member reached out to inbetween rounds was quick to respond and eager to give their time to me.
One first call of 15 minutes and one interview of 1h. The process is right they explain everything and send you an email. They asked for feed back. Great process
