Entretien
It was a very long, time-consuming and tiring interview process. First, we had a long phone interview with someone from the company's HR department. Throughout the following process, I met with HR people named Hector Guzman and Daniel Bouziri. Then we moved on to online interviews. We held 2-3 online interviews and preparation meetings for these interviews. In such a time-consuming process, of course I had positive expectations. But later, my process was terminated for not enough solid reasons. It was truly a huge waste of time and motivation. Moreover, you cannot understand and meet the real work you will do and the people you will work with throughout the process. I have never experienced such a long and time-consuming process before, where I only met with HR people. It was a very exceptional and disappointing experience for me. My personal advice is that if these people approach you with hunter messages on Linkedin, think twice about meeting with them. It is very likely that you will have an experience that lasts for weeks and steals a lot of time and motivation from you, and in the end you will achieve nothing.

They have reached out to me for a job every year and I have interviewed with them 2 times and have never made it past the 1st interview. Confused why a recruiter reaches out to me anymore?

It was long and rigorous, often feeling extremely high pressure, with not a lot of constructive criticism. There are 5 rounds and each with a role-play. It's safe to say this is not an easy interview process. I'm not sure how they do their prospecting, but I was apparently a 'great fit' for the role - didn't show that enthusiasm during our calls.
Intensive - multiple rounds led by a recruiter. Expect 2 rounds of role play, around 4 rounds total. 2 with a recruiter, one with a lead skills expert and another panel with VPs and hiring managers.
