Very archaic interview process, I pulled out due to how backwards it was. Everything explained in the “power of three “, to the point all your answers sound really rehearsed and lacking any sort of diversity of style.
Encouraged to ask cold call prospects how the weather is and how their week is going - this is a really poor opening for a cold call and couldn’t be more outdated.
While the company is a big name, the salary is much lower than other companies.
I pulled out of this process due to the really rigid culture and all the reviews about derogatory in the work place.

very thorough and well executed. they ask thought provoking quesitons and the interviewers were all fantastic. a lot of prep needed but rewarding experience. about 4 rounds of interviews ranging from recruiter to final panel interview

I received a message from a recruiter and had a phone screen with them. They said they would let me know about a follow up call, but they never got back to me. I reached back out to them to follow up, but I didn't receive a response.
