J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 4 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Gartner en févr. 2014
Entretien
The process took a long time, but ultimately I was brought in for the panel interview. It was quite tough. It's designed to fluster you, and it didn't seem to be about how much you know -- it was more about whether or not you lose your cool and say something you shouldn't. It's non-stop questions for an hour, and there are no softball questions.

The recruiter contacted me on LinkedIn. I scheduled a 30-minute meeting with them. The recruitment gave me an extension description of the job position. I was told that I had excellent research experience, but lacked business acumen. The recruiter was very transparent and communicated to me that for the position I was applying for, this was a red flag. They were looking for someone with experience working with C-level executives.
Their talent sourcers contacted me via linkedin. Asked for a phone screen. We had a pleasant chat. They said they would follow up with further steps, but they didn't end up doing so.
