Three interview steps, easy instructions and process to follow. I met with peers on the team including the recruiting manager and the recruiting director. Questions were behavioral-based and focused on business impact and relationships I built with stakeholders, how I have been able to influence at the business leader level.
J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Gartner (Londres, Angleterre) en déc. 2022

Very disorganised process, multiple conversations, being passed around within the recruitment and HR team, ended up having the same conversation 3 times with 3 recruiters. Vague updates about hiring being on hold but they kept wanting more conversations. This went on, on and off, for a couple of months before finally being totally ghosted. Being a recruiter in a similar space as them, it was quite an eye opening experience of how bad recruiters work. But from what I’ve heard of the culture here from friends and Glassdoor, I was prepared for the outcome.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Went on a lot about how defined, scientific and streamlined their interview process is but questioning was essentially a string of competency questions, often the same question worded differently. More of an easy chat.
Le processus a pris 6 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Gartner (Amsterdam) en nov. 2018

A week after applying I got an email from the recruiter that she wanted a telephone interview the next day. Two weeks after the interview I tried to contact her for feedback but she never reply. Six weeks after the interview I got a very unpersonal rejection from their HR system. It is a shame that the process took so long, especially when the communication is poor.
