The interview process was overall good. Their recruiters are proper professionals. But the only thing is I was kept waiting for 2 months and had to follow up quite a bit to get their decision.

Gartner is very institutional and it seems like they are following a written playbook on hiring with a lot of corporate rules. If you want to work for a rigid corporate structure, they are for you.
