Although I was not offered the position, I will say that Gartner is such a great company to interview with. The recruiters are thorough and give you the sense that they truly want you to succeed - from the follow-up, coaching/preparation, and transparency of the interview process.
They place a huge emphasis on using the STAR Method of Behavioral Interviewing during the interview: S.T.A.R.= Situation, Task, Action, Results. If you're not familiar with this, please do yourself a favor, and Google what it means and how to be successful at it.

It was helpful. They gave helpful insights to my responses for interview questions. They told me what I answered right and wrong. Overall it was a very good interviewing process.

Entretien
Initial phone interview, then 3-4 interviews after. The phone interviews are very in-depth. Prepare for it, learn everything about the company. The interviewer is writing down everything you say. Explain how your skills will be an asset to the company. Provide any and all knowledge about company performance, read their website. Final is a face to face.

4 stage interview Process, recruiter well engaged throughout the process, phone interview followed by a 2x face to face interview, last once is a presentation and role playing. The whole process takes 4-5 weeks. Was promised an answer on Monday week, only to find out they went quiet on me ! After multiple follow ups with recruiter, they responded with my computer had issues and I was not successful, no feedback or anything. I thought that was very unprofessional as I had another job offer I was holding in the interim. PLEASE GET BACK TO YOUR CANDIDATES, ITS THE RIGHT THING TO DO !
