Gartner's recruiters provide step by step help to assist in interview preparation. Felt a bit like hand-holding but was nice to know exactly how the interviews were going to be facilitated.
I personally pulled out of the interview process due to a change in career interests.

Tell me about a difficult time or challenge you faced in the workplace.
They said they will call me back and I did not hear never again. I was disappointed. They mentioned good salaries in Spain - it looks they maintain the European band.
We had a zoom call to discuss role and experience, although I did not fit the role in their opinion I got al the feedback I could ask for in further conversations over text.

Entretien
Very intensive, they really grill you using the "STARS method" so make sure you have plenty of examples of prior deals and how you overcame something to win them. Overall a good learning experience but probably a little over the top
