The Gartner recruitment process was quite intense. My overall experience was very good though, it consisted of four steps : first a 20 min phone call with someone from the recruitment team, then I had a phone interview that lasted 1 hour, then another phone interview with a senior recruitment manager 1 hour and then went threw the panel interview for almost 2 and a half hours.
I really appreciated the overall process because every Gartner associates was very clear about what they were looking for. Most of all the thing that I liked the most were all the feedbacks that were given to me it really enable you to prepare for these interviews and know what are the traits that they're looking for.

The process is extremely thorough. Josephine was incredible at guiding me through to the final stage.
Each team member reached out to inbetween rounds was quick to respond and eager to give their time to me.
One first call of 15 minutes and one interview of 1h. The process is right they explain everything and send you an email. They asked for feed back. Great process
