J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. J'ai passé un entretien chez Gartner (Dayton, OH) en mars 2016
Entretien
I worked with a campus recruiter and it was a two interview process. The initial interview was with a local recruiter and was a get-to-know you conversation. The second was an hour call with two area managers (sales managers) that asked you questions (challenges, why sales, how you overcame hard situations, what you know about Gartner, etc.) and then proceeded to go into a brief role play. The scenario is fairly standard across the board and involves you being a representative of a college group or club who is seeking 10K in funding from local businesses. From there, the recruiter got back to me within a couple weeks and I accepted the offer. Note: It is important to send follow-up emails to all interviews and interactions with the feedback you received, what you learned, and what you seek to improve, as well as the inclusion of next steps.
They said they will call me back and I did not hear never again. I was disappointed. They mentioned good salaries in Spain - it looks they maintain the European band.
We had a zoom call to discuss role and experience, although I did not fit the role in their opinion I got al the feedback I could ask for in further conversations over text.

Very intensive, they really grill you using the "STARS method" so make sure you have plenty of examples of prior deals and how you overcame something to win them. Overall a good learning experience but probably a little over the top
