      The interview process was very organised, fast and professional. I was contacted by an internal recruiter. First there was a basic interview to see if you have a good overview of the company and if you would fit in. The second interview is about you, how good you would fit into Gartner, your motivations and why you choose to work in Sales and Gartner. A lot of examples from your academic, professional life are asked. The third interview is a combination of the first 2, but a little more deeper and in detail. Plus there is a short role play about a discovery call. Try to be confident, and very curious. They give a lot of feedback, try to do the best with it!

      Entretien

      The interview process was composed of five steps. 4 steps were interviews on the phone with recruiters, steps number 3 and 4 including a little sales role-play. The final step was in person in the Barcelona office with the recruiter that was there since the beginning of the process, a manager and the VP of sales. Overall, the process was very smooth and I was very well accompanied receiving constructive feedback (very helpful!) from the recruiter between each step. They really want you to do well and give you all the info you need to succeed. Special thanks to Roberta !

      4 rounds of interviews: 1. Initial phone call & Gartner Introduction 2. Phone call consisting of "Tell me a time when" questions 3. Continuation of stage 2 with more detail and a phone call role play 4. Assessment day with another role play From my experience the recruitment process overall was excellent. It was was well organised and they gave candidates tangible feedback on how to improve. The company is big on coaching and likes people who can take advise and continually develop. If you have done sales before it should be challenging but not too difficult. Also make sure you apply for other jobs simultaneously as I feel the company took me more seriously when they knew I was applying for multiple roles.

      Entretien

      A 4-stage interview process, with the initial 2 on the phone, the 3rd being video and the 4th and final stage being a panel interview after spending some time in the offices with the opportunity to talk to members of the Recruitment team, and a recently hired salesperson.
