Had a great first and second interview with the hiring lead. Scheduled a follow up 3rd interview with head of department however the hiring lead was going to confirm the calender of the head of departmentment. Never heard anything back. Chased up 5 times including email, linked in and telephone. No response at all. Was worried the recruiter might have died.

It was long and rigorous, often feeling extremely high pressure, with not a lot of constructive criticism. There are 5 rounds and each with a role-play. It's safe to say this is not an easy interview process. I'm not sure how they do their prospecting, but I was apparently a 'great fit' for the role - didn't show that enthusiasm during our calls.
