Overall the interview process left a lot to be desired. The recruiter was helpful but the hiring managers were overly intense. The role play was supposed to be based in reality but they made up facts to throw me off.

I had an appalling experience with a Gartner recruiter. We had a first round interview which was just basic questions and information on the role - it was deemed that I could be a good fit so I was invited for a second round. Prior to the round I had to submit my sales figures for the last 5 years and do some preparation and reading. I then provided some options the next week for the interview and subsequently never heard back. I’ve chased the recruiter 3-4 times and have been completely ignored. A couple of weeks later, I was targeted with an automated LinkedIn reach out from the same recruiter for the same role. I responded to that, giving some benefit of the doubt, but the recruiter read my response and again ignored it. Extremely disrespectful and a complete waste of my time.
